在石油天然气、石化、矿山及其他危险环境中,防爆电话不仅是一台通信设备,也可能是现场应急协调和生产通信系统的一部分。然而,新设备到货时,人们往往先关注型号和外壳,而安装在设备上的小小铭牌却容易被忽视。

实际上,铭牌相当于设备的技术身份证和危险区域“通行证”。它会说明设备是否具备所需的 Ex 防爆认证、采用了哪些防爆型式、适用于哪类爆炸性环境、允许的表面温度组别、外壳防护等级以及相关证书信息。Ex 标志、气体组别和温度组别可以直接决定这台电话是否适合某个具体安装位置。

防爆电话铭牌并不是一串用来证明设备“防爆”的字符。它说明设备采用什么方式防止点燃危险介质、适用于哪种爆炸性环境、表面最高可能达到多少温度,以及具备怎样的设备保护级别。 如果这些参数中的任何一项与现场危险区域划分不匹配,即使电话本身功能完善,也可能不适合安装在该位置。

拆解 Ex 铭牌标志

工程人员第一次看到 Ex 标志时,很容易把整串字符当成一个产品代码。实际上,典型的气体环境防爆标志由多个独立部分组成,每一部分回答不同的工程问题。例如:

每一部分都有明确含义。

Ex 表示该设备采用了适用于爆炸性环境的防护措施。 db 表示防爆型式。 IIC 表示适用的气体组别。 T6 表示允许的最高设备表面温度组别,而 Gb 表示气体环境中的设备保护级别,即 EPL。

如果同一台电话还取得了可燃性粉尘环境认证,铭牌上可能另外标注一行粉尘防爆标志,例如:

Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db

气体环境中的 IIC 和 T6 标志不能直接用于解释粉尘环境等级。粉尘环境有自己的设备组别、防爆型式和温度标志。如果同一铭牌同时出现气体和粉尘标志,应分别将每一行与安装现场的危险区域划分进行核对。

因此,阅读铭牌的第一步不是问“Ex 等级够不够高”,而是先把整串标志按功能拆开: 哪一部分说明防爆型式,哪一部分说明危险介质类别,哪一部分限制温度,哪一部分表示设备保护级别。

Ex 标志后的 db、eb 和 ia 分别代表什么

很多人看到“Ex”就停止继续阅读,但真正说明设备如何控制点燃风险的,是 Ex 后面的字母。

Ex d / db 通常与隔爆外壳有关。其设计并不是假设设备内部永远不会出现点火源,而是通过外壳、隔爆接合面及相关结构的设计与验证,将内部爆炸限制在外壳内部,避免点燃周围的爆炸性气体环境。

Ex e / eb 表示增安型。通过结构设计、电气间隙、接线端子设计和温度控制等措施,降低正常运行时产生危险火花或过高温度的可能性。 Ex i / ia / ib 表示本质安全型,通过限制电路中可用的电能,使其在规定条件下不足以点燃指定的爆炸性环境。

一台防爆电话不一定只采用一种防爆型式。外壳、键盘、接线端子、内部电路或其他部件可能分别采用不同的保护方式,因此铭牌可能写成:

Ex db eb IIC T6 Gb

这不应理解为“db 比 eb 更好”,也不能认为“字母越多产品越安全”。它表示设备采用了不止一种防爆型式,不同结构件或电气部分采用了不同的保护方法。

防爆型式还会直接影响安装要求: 现场安装不能破坏已认证的防爆结构。 外壳、紧固件、电缆引入口以及其他经过认证的结构细节,在安装和维护过程中都不应随意改动。正确的铭牌只是起点,设备安装后仍必须保持其认证结构。

IIA、IIB、IIC 是气体组别,不是性能等级

IIA、IIB 和 IIC 是防爆电话铭牌上最容易被误解的标志之一。

对于非矿用爆炸性气体环境,II 类设备根据气体的点燃特性进一步分为 IIA、IIB 和 IIC。通常用丙烷作为 IIA 的代表性气体,用乙烯作为 IIB 的代表性气体,而氢气和乙炔通常归入要求更高的 IIC 组。

如果安装区域被划分为 IIC,仅标有 IIB 的电话不能因为它同样属于防爆产品就直接使用。反过来,IIC 设备通常能够满足 IIB 和 IIA 的气体组别要求,但这并不意味着整台产品自动适用于项目。

危险区域适用性从来不能只看一个字段。确认 IIC 后,工程人员仍需要核对 Zone/EPL 要求、温度组别、允许环境温度、防爆型式以及证书实际覆盖范围。

阅读 Ex 铭牌时最重要的一点是: 某一项指标要求更高,并不意味着整张铭牌就一定与现场安装条件匹配。

理解 T1 到 T6 表面温度组别

温度组别也是经常被误解的参数,因为它的编号方向与很多人的直觉相反。

T6 并不表示设备可以在 600°C 下工作,也不表示允许更高的环境温度。对于气体环境设备,T1 到 T6 表示设备在规定条件下允许达到的最高表面温度。

因此,其变化方向与很多人的第一印象相反:从 T1 到 T6,编号越来越大,但允许的设备最高表面温度反而越来越低。

如果某种危险介质要求设备达到 T4,则相关表面温度必须控制在 135°C 这一等级限值内。T6 设备的允许最高表面温度更低,为 85°C,因此通常能够满足 T4 的温度组别要求。

但这还必须与另一个重要参数区分开: 环境温度,铭牌或证书上通常以 Ta 范围表示。

T6 = 85°C 并不意味着这台防爆电话获准在 85°C 的环境温度下运行。设备可能标注为:

-40°C ≤ Ta ≤ +60°C

该范围表示设备经过认证的环境温度限制。如果现场实际温度可能达到 65°C,仅有 T6 标志仍不能说明电话适用,Ta 范围还必须覆盖真实安装条件。

如何结合 Gb、Zone、IP66 和 Ta 阅读铭牌

达到 IIC 和 T6 并不意味着铭牌核验已经完成。

以 Gb 为例,它是气体环境的设备保护级别。工程实践中,Ga 对应很高的保护级别,Gb 常用于适合 Zone 1 应用的设备,Gc 常与 Zone 2 相关。粉尘环境则使用 Da、Db 和 Dc。

不过,EPL 与 Zone 的对应关系不能脱离证书和现场区域划分单独使用。一台电话能否用于某个项目,还取决于适用标准、完整设备标志、证书覆盖范围以及现场危险区域划分。

另一个常见错误是把 IP66 当成防爆等级。

IP 等级描述设备对固体异物和水侵入的防护能力。对于暴露在粉尘、雨水或冲洗环境中的室外防爆电话,IP66 很重要,但它并不表示 Ex 防爆能力。普通 IP66 工业电话即使具有很高的防尘防水能力,也可能完全没有用于爆炸性气体环境的认证。

工程人员还应查看环境温度范围、产品型号、制造商信息和证书编号。对于 IECEx 认证设备,可以将铭牌上的 IECEx 证书编号与正式证书进行核对。如果证书编号带有 X 后缀,则设备存在“特殊使用条件”,安装、运行或维护前必须查阅并遵守。

这些信息在视觉上可能不如“IIC T6”醒目,但往往真正决定设备能否按计划安装。

现场最终核验

工程审核中常见的错误是先看产品。工程人员看到“IIC T6”,觉得规格很高,然后再问能否安装在某一区域。更可靠的方法是从现场要求出发,再反向核对铭牌。

假设某安装点已被划分为 Zone 1、IIB 气体环境,要求 T4,环境温度范围为 -20°C 至 +55°C。此时可以按以下步骤将防爆电话与现场条件逐项核对:

  1. 确认现场属于气体危险环境,而不是拿粉尘标志来匹配;

  2. 核对 EPL 和证书范围是否适用于 Zone 1;

  3. 确认气体组别至少满足 IIB;

  4. 确认温度组别满足 T4 要求;

  5. 确认 Ta 范围覆盖 -20°C 至 +55°C;

  6. 核对防爆型式、证书编号和安装条件。

如果电话标有 Ex db IIC T6 Gb,那么 IIC 和 T6 从单项参数上看都比现场的 IIB 和 T4 要求更严格,Gb 也通常与 Zone 1 应用所需的保护级别相对应。即便如此,工程审核也不能就此结束。仍需核验完整证书、获批型号范围、Ta 范围,以及项目所在国家或地区认可的认证体系。

铭牌还应在到货验收时进行核对。实物型号是否与批准的送审资料一致?证书编号是否适用于该型号?铭牌是否完整、无损?实物设备上的 Ex 标志是否与采购文件一致?如果证书带有 X 条件,安装人员是否已经收到并理解相关“特殊使用条件”?

这些检查比仅仅确认外壳是不是黄色,或电话能不能打通,更接近真实危险区域项目的验收实践。

常见问题

标有 IIC T6 的防爆电话可以安装在任何 Zone 1 区域吗?

不可以。IIC 只对应气体组别要求,T6 只对应温度组别要求。某个具体 Zone 1 安装点是否适用,还取决于 EPL、防爆型式、环境温度范围、完整证书覆盖范围、特殊使用条件以及项目采用的法规和标准。

IP66 是否意味着防爆电话已经取得危险区域认证?

不是。IP66 是外壳防护等级,用于描述设备抵抗粉尘和水进入的能力。Ex 标志则定义设备的防爆保护设计以及经过认证的爆炸性环境适用性。危险区域电话通常既需要合适的 IP 防护等级,也需要有效的 Ex 认证,但二者不能相互替代。

T6 是否意味着电话可以在 85°C 环境温度下运行?

不是。T6 表示在相应气体环境温度组别下,设备最高表面温度被限制为 85°C。它并不规定允许的环境温度。实际可运行环境必须另外查看铭牌、证书或技术文件中的 Ta 范围。

如果同一铭牌同时标有 IIC 和 IIIC,应该看哪一个?

这取决于安装点被划分为爆炸性气体危险环境还是可燃性粉尘危险环境。IIC 是气体组别,IIIC 是粉尘组别,二者属于不同的分类体系,必须分别与相应的危险区域划分核对。不能把 IIC 和 IIIC 理解为同一等级体系中的高低关系。
