四川某地下综合管廊项目位于城市核心区,是市政管线集中承载枢纽,全长约 2.8 公里。项目采用多舱室设计,包括电力舱、通信舱和综合舱,承载电力、通信、给排水、燃气等关键市政管线,是保障城市正常运行的“地下生命线”。
该综合管廊穿越重点商圈和老城区,地质条件复杂。管廊内部空间封闭、光线较暗、潮湿多尘,管线分布密集,巡检通道狭窄,给日常巡检和应急处置带来较大挑战。
综合管廊需要维护人员定期巡检。一旦发生管线泄漏、设备故障、人员被困等突发情况,传统通信方式容易出现信号遮挡严重、通信盲区多、指令传达延迟等问题,导致维护人员与管理中心之间难以高效协同,可能造成事故扩大并影响城市正常运行。

2. 项目需求分析

结合综合管廊日常巡检和应急处置的实际需求,核心要求如下:
  • 实现综合管廊全区域语音通信覆盖无盲区,支持维护人员手持终端、管廊固定终端与管理中心之间双向对讲,并确保多支队伍可同时在线协同作业。

  • 具备应急联动功能,支持与管廊既有消防报警系统、环境监测系统(温度、湿度、气体浓度、积水)和通风系统深度集成,在报警触发后快速启动全链路应急响应。

  • 支持多网络融合,并兼容公安集群系统和运营商 4G/5G 网络,保障管理中心、维护人员以及消防、市政等应急部门之间的跨部门通信。

  • 实现维护人员和关键设备的精准定位,便于在应急情况下快速定位被困人员和故障点,提高救援效率。

  • 设备必须适应综合管廊封闭、潮湿、多尘、振动等恶劣环境,具备较高防护等级,并支持在市电中断时长时间应急运行,保障极端场景下通信不中断。

  • 管理中心应支持可视化调度,操作人员可查看管廊实时视频,并与现场人员进行语音、视频联动调度,直观掌握现场情况。

3. 总体系统设计

(1)系统架构(四层架构)

针对综合管廊环境特点,系统采用“控制中心 + 传输网络 + 现场终端 + 音视频联动”的四层架构,兼顾稳定性、可扩展性与场景适配能力,保障应急通信快速响应和全区域覆盖。

(2)核心技术方案

1. 多网络融合通信技术

系统以工业级光纤环网为骨干,构建自愈时间 ≤50 ms 的双环冗余网络,保障终端传输稳定。每个管廊舱室部署 1 套专网基站,并通过分布式天线系统(DAS)实现全区域 5G 覆盖。同时部署 Mesh 自组网网关,支持一键启动自动组网。当主网络故障时,系统可自动切换,保障 72 小时不间断应急通信,有效解决管廊内部信号屏蔽问题。

2. 应急联动机制

当综合管廊环境监测或消防报警设备触发告警时,系统快速启动应急响应:包含位置和事件类型的报警信息发送至管理中心;对应区域声光报警和应急广播自动启动,播放疏散指引;通风和应急照明开启,舱室隔离门关闭;报警信息同步共享给消防、市政等部门,支撑跨部门协同处置。

3. 精准定位技术

系统采用混合定位方案,每个管廊舱室部署 1 个定位基站。维护人员佩戴定位终端,关键设备安装定位模块,实现较低定位误差。定位数据实时回传至调度台,清晰显示人员位置、移动轨迹和设备分布,便于在应急情况下快速规划疏散和救援路线。
