如何在行业设备上设置一键通话?

简介

概述

我司所有产品均支持IP直拨通话与SIP通话。本指南介绍如何结合两种通话方式,配置DSS快捷按键以实现一键拨号。

适用机型

全部室内终端、门禁设备及对讲设备。本文以Bi52W、Bi64、Bi30为例进行说明。

配置指南

获取IP地址并登录网页后台

1. 查看并获取设备IP地址。

门禁及对讲设备:
长按DSS按键10秒,听到蜂鸣声后短按一次,设备将语音播报自身IP地址。

室内终端设备:

非触屏机型:Bi51W、Bi52W
长按OK按键,依次进入系统信息 —— 网络 —— IPv4

触屏机型:Bi53W、Bi56A
进入菜单 —— 状态 —— 网络 —— IPv4

2. 打开浏览器,输入设备IP地址。

默认用户名和密码均为admin

Bi6X系列与Bi51X室内终端设置

1. 登录网页界面,进入功能按键 —— 功能按键设置

① 类型:记忆按键
② 参数1、参数2:填写设备IP或服务器注册的SIP账号
③ 线路:选择呼出线路编号
④ 设置完成后点击提交

2. 设备提供两种高级拨号模式。

1. 主备模式

① 进入功能按键 —— 高级设置
② 拨号模式:主备模式
③ 通话切换时长:填写5~500秒范围内数值
④ 点击提交

配置生效后,按下快捷键优先呼叫参数1内的IP或SIP终端;若设定时间内无人接听,设备自动拨打参数2号码。

2. 时段模式

① 进入功能按键 —— 高级设置
② 拨号模式:时段模式
③ 一号起始时间:00:00--23:59
④ 一号结束时间:00:00--23:59
⑤ 点击提交

保存设置后,将在指定时段呼叫参数1设备,其余时间自动呼叫参数2设备。

Bi20S、Bi30、Bi23S、Bi31S、Bi32V 设置

1. 登录网页界面,进入功能按键 —— 功能按键设置

类型:快捷按键
参数1、参数2:填写设备IP或服务器SIP账号
线路:选择呼出线路编号。

2. 内置两种高级拨号模式。

1. 主备模式

进入功能按键 —— 高级设置
拨号模式:主备模式
通话切换时间:填写5至500秒
点击提交

2. 昼夜模式

进入功能按键 —— 高级设置
拨号模式:昼夜模式
日间开始时间:00:00--23:59
日间结束时间:00:00--23:59
点击提交

设置保存后,日间时段呼叫参数1设备,非日间自动呼叫参数2设备。

注意事项

使用IP直拨功能时,需关闭设备IP直拨限制。以i53W为例,进入线路 -> SIP -> SIP全局设置,取消勾选严格UA匹配,点击提交保存。

同时前往线路 -> SIP -> 基础设置,开启允许未注册外呼并提交保存。
