简介

概述

对于C系列IP电话机,拨号方案与拨号对等体功能基本能够满足用户在号码发送及替换规则方面的所有需求。但新用户或长期未使用这两项功能的人员,很难不查阅用户手册、仅通过网页界面完成配置。即便通过手册学会配置方法,也会很快遗忘操作步骤。因此,我们计划优化这两项功能,让用户可直接在网页端掌握配置方式,或至少在阅读一次手册后,长期留存配置操作能力。

适用机型

本文档适用于BX3S、BX4、BX5S、BX6、BX7、BX7C、GP210、GP210i、BXU系列及其他型号设备。

目标受众

本文档面向内部研发与测试人员,用于了解拨号方案功能的优化升级内容。

术语释义

拨号方案:电话机自动识别特定格式号码并主动发起呼叫的功能。

号码映射:为满足拨号方案要求而设定的字符匹配规则。

拨号对等体:将特定格式号码路由至指定终端设备或网络的功能。

操作说明

基础设置

X34 支持的8种拨号模式:

  • #号拨号:拨打目标号码后按下#键发起呼叫;

  • 定长拨号:输入号码达到设定长度后,设备自动拨号(拨号状态下生效);

  • 超时拨号:等待时长结束后,设备自动发起呼叫(拨号状态下生效);

  • #后缀盲转:输入转接号码并按下#键,将当前通话转接至第三方;

  • 挂机盲转:输入转接号码后挂断听筒或关闭免提,完成通话转接;

  • 挂机协商转接:挂断听筒或按下免提键,完成协商式通话转接;

  • 会议挂机协商转接:三方会议中挂断本机,其余两方保持通话连接;

  • DSS键盲转:在功能键中预设号码,按下转接键+DSS快捷键,快速转接通话。

X56 支持的8种拨号模式:

安卓电话机支持的8种拨号模式:

#键呼出:拨打目标号码,末尾添加#键完成拨号。

设置#键呼出

配置设备,使用#键终止号码采集。

定长拨号:设备根据设定长度截断并识别输入号码。

设置定长拨号

配置固定位数的号码采集规则。例如设置为11位:用户拨号完成后,设备自动以11位号码发起呼叫。

超时拨号:达到设定等待时间后,设备自动发送已输入号码。

设置超时拨号

以秒为单位设置拨号超时时间。例如设置10秒:设备检测到号码输入后,若10秒内无新增按键输入,将判定输入完成并自动拨号。

#后缀盲转

设置#后缀盲转

勾选此选项,可在转接界面输入号码后按#键执行盲转接;取消勾选则禁用该功能。

挂机盲转

设置挂机盲转

勾选此选项,在转接界面输入号码后挂断设备,即可完成盲转接。

挂机协商转接

设置挂机协商转接

勾选此选项启用协商转接:转接界面输入号码、发起呼叫,待对方接听后挂断本机,完成转接。

三方会议挂机协商转接

设置三方会议挂机协商转接

测试说明:设备与乙方、丙方建立三方会议。本机挂断(免提模式按免提键、耳机模式按耳机键、手柄模式挂听筒),挂断后另外两方保持通话,实现双向号码显示的协商转接。

启用E.164编码

启用E.164设置

以0开头的号码规则

  1. 00开头号码:无特殊处理(常用于国际号码、0086格式);

  2. 010开头号码:本地固话8位号,输入11位后自动拨号;

  3. 013/015/018开头号码:手机号段,输入12位后自动拨号;

  4. 02开头号码:除026、021外,输入11位后自动拨号;

  5. 08开头号码:0812/0813/0816/0817、0825/0826/0827、083、085、087、0883/0886/0887/0888、089号段,输入11位自动拨号(0850、0890、0899除外);0898号段输入12位自动拨号。

其余03、04、05、06、07、09开头号段,遵循原厂规范中定义的地区定制自动拨号长度规则。

其他开头号码
以1、4、8、9开头的号码:

  1. 1开头号段:

    • 10xxxx:5位号码自动拨号(例:10086);

    • 11号段:111为5位自动拨号,其余11开头号码3位自动拨号(例:110);

    • 12号段:123为5位自动拨号,其余12开头号码3位自动拨号(例:120、122);

    • 13/15/18:11位手机号自动拨号;

  2. 400/800:10位免费热线自动拨号;

  3. 9开头号段(999除外):5位自动拨号;999为9位自动拨号。

备注:2、3、5、6、7开头号码无自动处理规则。

当E.164规则与自定义拨号方案同时生效时,优先匹配第一条命中规则。

DSS键盲转

DSS键盲转设置

在功能按键中预设号码,按下转接键后再按下DSS快捷键,即可直接转接当前通话。

自定义号码采集规则表

该规则可帮助用户快速配置个性化拨号与服务器适配规则,大幅提升设备易用性,最多可添加100条自定义规则。

参数说明
呼叫号码两种匹配模式:精确匹配(号码完全一致才调用绑定IP);前缀匹配(前缀后添加T,启用PSTN区号功能)。最大支持30位号码。
目标地址目标IP地址;点对点通话请填写对端设备IP。
端口对端信令端口(选填,默认5060)。
前缀别名(选填):用于替换对端号码前缀。
后缀后缀(选填):自动追加在拨号末尾。
应用范围呼出、呼入、全部。
匹配并发送是/否。
删除长度从号码开头删除/替换的位数(选填)。示例:填写3=删除前3位数字。
别名类型(搭配删除长度,共4种):
1) add:xxx - 前置添加xxx
2) all:xxx - 替换完整号码
3) del - 截取前N位
4) rep:xxx - 将前N位替换为xxx
通配符说明:
x = 任意数字
[ ] = 数字区间
. = 任意长度(含空值)
Tn = n秒后终止采集(0-9,末两位字符,默认T0)
, = 停止号码采集 + 播放拨号音

2.2.1 参数说明

X5/6 设备:

  1. 拨号规则:自定义拨号策略

  2. 应用范围:呼出/呼入/全部

  3. 匹配并发送:是/否(默认是);线路:自动/SIP1/SIP2/SIP3……

  4. 目标地址:自动模式留空;其他线路填写IP;端口:自动模式留空

  5. 别名(选填):关闭/全局/添加/删除/替换;自定义位数:关闭时留空

  6. 后缀:自定义结尾号码

  7. 规则操作:编辑/删除拨号规则

  8. 自定义拨号列表:展示所有已配置规则

X3/4 设备:

  1. 号码:设置目标拨号号码

  2. 目标/端口(选填):配置对端IP与端口

  3. 后缀(选填):自定义拨号后缀

  4. 删除长度(选填):设定需要截取的号码位数

  5. 对等体菜单:编辑/删除拨号对等体规则

  6. 对等体列表:展示所有已配置拨号对等体

视频电话机:

  1. 拨号规则:自定义拨号策略

  2. 应用范围:呼出/呼入/全部

  3. 匹配并发送:是/否(默认是);媒体:默认/音频/视频;线路:自动/SIP1/SIP2/SIP3……

  4. 目标地址:自动模式留空;其他线路填写IP;端口:自动模式留空

  5. 别名(选填):关闭/全局/添加/删除/替换;自定义位数:关闭时留空

  6. 后缀:自定义结尾号码

  7. 规则操作:编辑/删除拨号规则

  8. 自定义拨号列表:展示所有已配置规则

2.2.2 别名配置示例

X3/4 示例:

示例1:全局替换
拨号「32」→自动替换为「833333」(快捷拨号)。拨号「322」→仅发送原号码。

拨号「162213123」→自动转换为「01062213123」(添加北京区号010)。

备注1:多条规则同时命中时,优先执行最先创建的规则。
备注2:单个号码仅可匹配一条自定义规则,多重匹配会导致规则失效。
