荣武高速公路指挥调度通信系统解决方案

项目背景

为改善收费站与控制中心之间的通信,荣乌高速公路部署了贝克的IP广播、对讲、指挥和调度系统,用于远程监控、指挥和协调。

方案背景与需求

以往,中国高速公路收费主要依赖人工服务。随着智能化时代到来,智能交通系统服务的建设与部署持续加快。
针对高速公路出行,ETC(Electronic Toll Collection,电子不停车收费)已被引入。它特别适用于高速公路以及车流量较大的桥梁与隧道。目前,高速公路收费站已设置专用 ETC 车道。

车辆通过收费站时,驾驶人不再需要人工缴费或停车。通行费会自动从卡片中扣除,实现自动收费。这不仅减少了收费亭工作人员数量,降低高速公路运营方的人力与管理成本,也使收费站通行效率至少提升五到十倍。
虽然 ETC 全自动电子收费系统让出行更快速、更便捷,但也可能带来问题。如果收费站发生事件,可能迅速造成现场混乱。例如 ETC 系统故障、识别失败或车辆故障,都可能造成车道拥堵。

为解决高速公路收费站现场与高速公路管理中心之间的通信问题,荣乌高速需要部署一套通信指挥调度系统,用于协同与运营通信。

解决方案

在了解荣乌高速目前情况后,Becke Telcom 资深业务经理基于公司在高速公路行业的经验,提出了 Becke Telcom IP 广播、对讲与融合调度系统解决方案。实施方案如下:

  • 在中心机房部署 Becke Telcom IP 广播对讲系统,作为指挥调度系统的核心服务器,并通过局域网连接所有调度终端设备。

  • 指挥调度中心配置触控式调度台。通过调度台的大型显示画面,中心可与高速公路收费站现场进行直接在线视频调度,并实现呼叫、对讲、现场语音寻呼与广播功能。

  • 在每个收费亭安装合适的警报对讲终端设备,同时在整个收费广场部署各类 SIP 喇叭与柱式喇叭。所有对讲设备及其他终端设备均通过无线集群网关连接并注册至广播对讲核心服务器。

  • 收费亭可通过一键呼叫与指挥中心建立通信。现场交通警察配备手持对讲设备,现场驾驶人也可通过现场语音对讲设备直接呼叫高速公路指挥中心寻求协助。

  • 外部连接使用模拟外线,并注册至广播对讲核心服务器,实现跨多种终端类型的全方位融合通信。
