IP电话如何处理网络风暴?

概述

网络风暴发生时,电脑的上网速度可能会变得极其缓慢,IP 电话机也无法正常工作。电话机首次接入网络时,可能无法获取 IP 地址。原本正常使用的电话机可能出现无响应,或在屏幕上弹出警告图标。

以下示例展示了电话机上可能显示的警告标识。通常,闪电符号外围的括号越大,代表网络风暴越严重。

在部分网络环境中,电脑仍可正常联网,但电话机无法获取 IP 地址,甚至设备卡死。该情况不一定代表电话机存在故障。电话机与电脑的 CPU 设计用途不同,流量处理能力也存在差异。

若设备弹出网络风暴警告,需将其判定为网络环境异常,而非电话机本身的硬件问题。

单色屏幕机型会显示龙卷风样式警告图标;老旧固件版本的电话机则会以文字形式弹出警告。以上标识均代表同一类网络底层故障。

网络风暴的检查与预防方法

由电话机引发网络风暴的常见原因如下:

1. 电话机双网口形成网络环路。电话机配备双以太网端口,部分用户将两个端口同时接入交换机或路由器,进而产生网络环路。

备注:

(1) LAN 端口为 WAN 端口的桥接扩展端口。该设计适用于工位仅有一根墙面网线,但电脑与电话机需要同时联网的场景。此种环境下,入户网线接入 WAN 端口,再用网线将 LAN 端口连接至电脑即可。

(2) 若现场网络接口充足,电脑与电话机应分别独立接线。此种情况下,电话机的 LAN 端口请勿使用。

2. WAN 与 LAN 接线接反。双网口同时使用时,WAN 端口必须连接上层交换机或路由器,LAN 端口仅可连接电脑等本地终端设备。

备注:端口接错不会立刻引发网络中断,但会在后续运行中陆续出现各类异常问题。请严格按照规范接线,规避潜在故障。

预防措施

为避免错误接线引发网络风暴,请确保电话机 WAN 端口连接上层交换机或路由器;LAN 端口保持空置断开,或仅连接电脑等下游终端设备。

故障排查方法

1. 排查网络风暴的实用方式为使用 Wireshark 进行实时抓包分析,可参考以下教程:

2. Wireshark 可在各类常用软件平台下载安装。

3. 网络风暴期间,局域网内会充斥大量广播数据包。使用 Wireshark 可直接观测该异常现象。如下方案例所示,18 秒内抓取数据包总量超 882723 个,平均每秒数据包超 4 万个。

5. 以下排查方式适合了解基础网络架构的操作人员,可参考下述拓扑图开展操作:

故障隔离参考交换网络拓扑

操作步骤:

① 在电脑端打开 Wireshark,将电脑接入 A 点位,开始抓包。

结果 1:若 A 点位仍检测到网络风暴,依次插拔 B、C、D、E、F、G 线路。每断开一条线路等待约 5 秒再接回,断开某条线路后流量恢复正常,即可判定故障位于该分支,再在此分支内逐级排查。

结果 2:若 A 点位数据包流量正常,且 B、C、D、E、F、G 下属设备均工作正常,则故障大概率存在于 A 分支,继续执行下一步排查。

② 保持 A 点位与上层交换机的连接,将电脑接入 A1 点位,重新开启抓包。

结果 a:若 A1 仍存在网络风暴,依次插拔 A2、A3、A4 线路。每断开一条线路等待 5 秒再接回,移除某条线路后流量恢复正常,即可锁定故障下游分支,沿该路径继续隔离排查。

结果 b:若 A1 流量正常,且 B、C、D、E、F、G、A2、A3、A4 所有设备运行无误,则故障大概率在 A1 分支内,继续逐级隔离定位问题。

备注:例如第一步排查发现接入 E 分支就会触发风暴,第二步则需要重点排查该分支下的 E1、E2、E3、E4 点位。请结合现场实际网络架构,灵活调整隔离排查路径。
