本文档适用以下室内终端型号:i51W、i52W、i53W、i56A。
本文档面向需要查询设备IP、将终端从DHCP自动获取模式切换为静态IP固定部署的用户、安装人员及技术支持人员。
方法一:设备屏幕本地查看
长按下图对应按键约3秒,进入i51W/i52W设备菜单。依次进入系统信息 → 网络 → IPv4,屏幕将直接显示设备当前IP地址。



方法二:使用IP扫描工具
将设备与电脑接入同一局域网。
前往官方下载页面下载并安装IP扫描工具:https://www.fanvil.com.cn/Support/download/cid/30.html。
将电脑IP设置为与设备相同的网段。
点击扫描工具内刷新,即可检索局域网内兼容设备,自动显示设备型号与IP地址。


方法一:设备屏幕本地查看
点击菜单,依次进入状态 → 网络,屏幕将展示i53W当前IP地址。

方法二:使用IP扫描工具
将i53W与电脑接入同一网络。
从官方下载页面安装IP扫描工具。
确保电脑与设备处于同一子网网段。
点击刷新扫描局域网,获取设备IP地址。


方法一:下拉快捷面板查看
在i56A设备屏幕顶端下滑,调出快捷设置面板,可直接查看本机当前IP地址。

方法二:设备状态页面查看
打开屏幕内设置 → 通用,查看网络状态信息,即可确认IP地址。

长按设备对应按键约3秒,进入i51W/i52W菜单界面,依次进入网络设置 → 有线网络设置 → IPv4 → 静态IP。



重要说明: i51W与i52W仅支持在本机菜单切换静态IP模式,无法直接在屏幕上完整编辑自定义IPv4参数。切换模式后,设备默认静态IP为192.168.1.178。如需修改自定义IP,需登录网页管理端配置。
网页端配置步骤
浏览器输入设备当前DHCP地址,或切换模式后的默认静态IP。
使用默认账号密码登录网页后台:admin / admin。
进入网络 → 基础设置 → IPv4配置。
填写自定义静态IP参数,保存配置即可。

方法一:设备屏幕本地配置
点击菜单 → 高级设置,输入默认密码123。
进入网络 → 网络设置 → IPv4。
将网络类型修改为静态IP。
手动填写IP相关参数,保存配置。

方法二:网页端配置
浏览器输入设备IP,打开网页管理界面。
输入默认账号密码登录:admin / admin。
进入网络 → 基础设置 → IPv4配置。
按需修改网络模式与IPv4地址参数。

进入网络 → 以太网。
将网络模式切换为静态。
填写自定义静态IP信息,保存设置。
