如何在SIP对讲机和IP电话BHP-SOS10和BHP-SOS16系列之间配置PeertoPeer通话?

简介

概述

点对点通话,也叫IP通话、IP直拨通话,指两台终端设备之间无需依托第三方设备或服务器即可直接呼叫。它是实现音视频通信最简单的方式,成本低、配置简便,但仅可在局域网内使用,无法跨网络部署。

适配机型

IP电话机:BF600S、BX7A。
工业对讲设备:BHP-SOS16V、BHP-SOS10V、BHP-SOS10D。

前期准备工具

① 一台BX7A/BF600S IP电话机、一台BHP-SOS16V/BHP-SOS10V/BHP-SOS10D对讲终端、一台PoE交换机(或直流供电电源),将所有设备接入交换机。
② 一台接入同一交换机的调试电脑,确保电脑与设备网络互通。

将BHP-SOS16V/BHP-SOS10V/BHP-SOS10D对讲终端与BX7A/BF600S IP电话机接入交换机,电脑同步接入该交换机,保证网络正常通信,具体连接方式见下图。

点对点配置方法

不同场景下,IP电话机与对讲终端可采用多种方式实现点对点通话。本章节主要介绍点对点快捷通话配置步骤。

设置静态IP地址

点对点通话要求终端设备配置静态IP地址,局域网内每台设备需处于同一网段,且各自IP地址互不重复。具体配置步骤如下:

2.1.1 查看IP地址

① 对讲设备(BHP-SOS16V/BHP-SOS10V/BHP-SOS10D):设备默认开启DHCP自动获取。

  • 网络支持DHCP:待机状态下长按DSS按键约5秒,听到提示音后再次短按DSS按键,设备将语音播报当前IP地址。

  • 网络不支持DHCP:待机状态下长按DSS按键约5秒,听到提示音后快速短按3次,切换网络模式,切换成功后设备自动播报IP地址。

② IP电话机设备:

  • 网络支持DHCP:待机界面点击BX7A/BF600S屏幕的设置按键,进入状态通用IP地址,查看设备当前IP。

  • 网络不支持DHCP:点击屏幕设置按键,进入以太网网络模式 — 选择静态IP,手动配置固定地址。

2.1.2 配置静态IP地址

① 在浏览器输入设备获取到的IP地址,登录IP电话机及对讲终端的网页管理后台。默认用户名与密码均为admin,登录界面如图2所示。

② 登录设备网页后台后,依次进入网络基础IPv4设置,选择静态IP,参照图3填写静态IP参数。

电话机呼叫对讲终端

点对点模式下,可通过IP电话机主动呼叫对讲终端,快捷配置操作如下: ① 浏览器输入电话机IP,登录网页管理后台(账号密码默认admin/admin)。
② 点击快捷键进入配置页面,以快捷键1为例,参照图4完成配置。

  • 类型:记忆按键

  • 名称:自定义名称(设备屏幕展示)

  • 取值:填写对讲终端的IP地址(示例:172.18.8.24)

  • 子类型:BLF/新通话

  • 线路:SIP1

2.2.2 注意事项

① 若电话机无法呼叫对讲终端,需修改对讲终端配置:
登录对讲终端网页后台,进入对讲设置功能设置基础设置,勾选允许IP通话,配置项见图5。

对讲终端呼叫电话机

点对点模式下,对讲终端也可主动呼叫IP电话机,快捷配置操作如下:

2.3.1 快捷键配置

① 浏览器输入对讲终端IP,登录网页管理后台(账号密码默认admin/admin)。
② 点击快捷键进入配置页面,以快捷键1为例,参照图6完成配置。

  • 类型:记忆按键

  • 名称:自定义名称

  • 取值:填写IP电话机的IP地址(示例:172.18.8.19)

  • 子类型:BLF/新通话

  • 线路:SIP1

2.3.2 注意事项

对讲终端呼叫电话机若出现忙音,按以下步骤排查设置: ① 登录电话机网页后台,进入账号SIP全局设置取消勾选严格UA匹配,设置见图7。

② 登录对讲终端网页后台,进入对讲设置功能设置基础设置取消勾选禁止外呼,设置见图8。

③ 完成以上配置后,对讲终端即可正常呼叫IP电话机。
