如何将电锁连接到Bi20S和Bi30室内门禁单元?

概述

本指南介绍如何为 Bi20S 与 Bi30 室内门禁控制器接线安装电锁。正确接线方式需根据电锁的启动电流与供电规格选择。

若电锁启动电流小于 12V/500mA,门禁设备可直接为电锁供电,此模式称为内部供电模式。若电锁启动电流大于 12V/500mA,门禁设备仅作为继电器触发信号使用,电锁必须搭配独立外部电源供电,此模式称为外部供电模式

两种供电模式可通过调节JP1 跳线进行切换。请按照以下步骤选择对应模式,完成安全接线操作。

适配机型

Bi20S、Bi30

所需器材

1. 一台 Bi20S 室内门禁控制器、一把电锁、电锁专用电源适配器、一台 PoE 交换机(或直流供电电源)。

2. 确认电锁所需供电模式,并完成室内机JP1跳线设置。

3. 一台用于配置与测试的电脑,需与门禁设备接入同一局域网。

设备与电脑网络连接

将门禁控制器接入交换机,再将电脑连接至同一台交换机,使两台设备处于同一网段并正常通讯,如图 1 所示。

配置步骤

电锁接线前,先拆开门禁设备外壳,根据电锁供电需求调整JP1 跳线,再对应方式完成接线。

拆开门禁设备

使用螺丝刀卸下设备固定螺丝,打开外壳。

设置 JP1 跳线

根据电锁规格调节JP1 跳线位置。

电锁启动电流小于 12V/500mA 时,室内机可直接供电,即为内部供电模式

电锁启动电流大于 12V/500mA 时,室内机仅作为干接点控制输出,电锁必须外接独立电源,即为外部供电模式

注意:请确认电锁类型为断电上锁(Fail-safe)通电上锁(Fail-secure),两类电锁正极接线方式不同。断电上锁型电锁,正极接NC 常闭;通电上锁型电锁,正极接NO 常开

警告:内部供电模式下,禁止同时为电锁外接电源,否则会造成设备损坏。

备注 1:根据电锁类型选择NC 常闭NO 常开接线。

备注 2:门禁继电器输出规格:最大直流 30V/1A交流 125V/0.5A

通电测试

1. 若使用外部供电模式,先开启电锁外接电源适配器。

2. 在配置电脑上打开浏览器,输入门禁设备 IP 地址。

3. 输入登录账号密码,默认用户名:admin,默认密码:admin

4. 进入门锁设置 > 门锁控制,点击执行,测试电锁开合是否正常。
