如何控制工业SIP对讲机上的放大器音频输出?

概述

工业设备连接外置功放后,可根据实际使用场景控制音频是否输出至功放。 普通通话时,功放应关闭,仅使用内置扬声器;广播或紧急播报时,必须启动功放。 本文档针对不同设备型号介绍两种控制方式。

适用型号

BHP‑SOS10、BHP‑SOS10V、BHP‑SOS10D、BHP‑SOS11V、BHP‑SOS11V2、BHP‑SOS16、BHP‑SOS16V、BK‑ROIP‑PA2、BK‑ROIP‑PA2S、BK‑ROIP‑PA3、BHP‑SOS12。

前置准备工具

① 一台适用设备(以BHP‑SOS16V为例)、PoE交换机(或直流电源)、一台功放、一个扬声器。将功放与设备连接,扬声器与功放连接,设备与交换机连接。
② 一台调试电脑,连接至同一交换机,确保网络互通。

功放音频输出控制

功放输出可通过启用音频输出接口控制,或通过继电器切换功放电源控制。下文将详细说明两种方式。

通过音频输出接口控制

适用型号:BHP‑SOS10系列、BHP‑SOS11系列、BHP‑SOS16系列、BK‑ROIP‑PA2、PA2S、PA3。 注意:BK‑ROIP‑PA2/PA2S使用耳机接口;PA3使用线路输出接口。i10/i11系列需定制2针MX1.25接线。 网页管理界面配置: (1) 登录网页管理界面(默认用户名/密码:admin)。
(2) 进入对讲设置媒体设置媒体设置

  • 启用外置扬声器设置为免提&&线路输出

  • 线路输出触发状态设置为对讲被叫

参数说明:

  • 免提&&线路输出:同时启用免提与线路输出音频。

  • 线路输出触发状态

    • 振铃:来电振铃时触发

    • 主叫(通话中):拨打电话时触发

    • SIP被叫(通话中):接收SIP来电时触发

    • 组播被叫:接收组播信号时触发

    • 对讲被叫:接收对讲呼叫时触发

(2) 功放接线(干接点示例) ① BHP‑SOS16V外置供电模式:短接JP1引脚2‑3,引脚1、4悬空,如图3所示。

② 电源接线: - 电源正极 → 功放正极 - 电源负极 → 设备公共端(COM) - 功放负极 → 设备常闭端(NC)功放接线示意图

③ 音频接线: - 功放左声道 → 设备音频输出正极 - 功放接地端 → 设备接地端音频输入接线示意图

(3) 输出端口配置 ① 进入安全设置输出端口设置
② 勾选输出端口1(或2)。
③ 勾选通话状态触发,并启用对讲被叫

当设备接收到对讲被叫事件时,公共端(COM)与常闭端(NC)闭合,功放启动。
