如何控制工业SIP对讲机上的放大器音频输出?

概述

当工业设备连接到外部功放时,您可以根据应用场景控制是否将音频输出到功放。 在正常通话期间,功放应关闭,仅使用内置扬声器。在广播或紧急广播期间,必须启用功放。 本文介绍了适用于不同设备型号的两种控制方法。

适用型号

BHP‑SOS10, BHP‑SOS10V, BHP‑SOS10D, BHP‑SOS11V, BHP‑SOS11V2, BHP‑SOS16, BHP‑SOS16V, BK‑ROIP‑PA2, BK‑ROIP‑PA2S, BK‑ROIP‑PA3, BHP‑SOS12.

准备工具

① 一台支持的设备(以 BHP‑SOS16V 为例)、PoE 交换机(或 DC 电源)、一台功放、一个音箱。将功放连接到设备,并将音箱连接到功放。将设备连接到交换机。
② 一台调试电脑,连接到同一台交换机,以确保网络连通性。

控制功放音频输出

可以通过启用音频输出接口或使用继电器切换功放电源来控制功放输出。两种方法说明如下。

通过音频输出接口控制

此方法适用于:BHP‑SOS10 系列、BHP‑SOS11 系列、BHP‑SOS16 系列、BK‑ROIP‑PA2、PA2S、PA3。 注意:BK‑ROIP‑PA2/PA2S 使用 Headset 接口;PA3 使用 Line Out。i10/i11 系列需要自定义 2 针 MX1.25 接线。 通过 Web 界面配置: (1) 登录 Web 界面(默认用户名/密码:admin)。
(2) 前往 对讲机设置媒体设置媒体设置

  • 启用外部音箱 设置为 免提与线路输出

  • 线路输出触发状态 设置为 对讲被叫方

参数说明:

  • 免提与线路输出:同时启用免提音频和线路输出音频。

  • 线路输出触发状态

    • 响铃:响铃时触发

    • 主叫方(通话中):拨打电话时触发

    • SIP 被叫方(通话中):接收 SIP 来电时触发

    • 组播被叫方:接收组播时触发

    • 对讲被叫方:接收对讲来电时触发

(2) 功放接线(干接点示例) ① 对于 BHP‑SOS16V 外部电源模式:连接 JP1 的引脚 2‑3,引脚 1 和 4 悬空,如图 3 所示。

② 接线: - 电源正极 → 功放正极 - 电源负极 → 设备 COM - 功放负极 → 设备 NC功放接线图

③ 音频接线: - 功放左声道音频 → 设备 Audio Out + - 功放 GND → 设备 GND音频输入接线

(3) 输出端口配置 ① 前往 安全设置输出端口设置
② 勾选 输出端口 1(或 2)。
③ 勾选 按通话状态触发 并启用 对讲被叫方

当设备收到 对讲被叫方 事件时,COM 与 NC 闭合,打开功放。
