如何恢复出厂设置BHP-SOS10系列SIP对讲设备?

概述

在一些特殊情况下,需要将设备恢复到出厂默认设置。不同产品有不同的重置方法。本文说明如何将BHP-SOS10系列设备恢复出厂设置。

适用型号

BHP-SOS10、BHP-SOS10V、BHP-SOS10D。

准备工具

① BHP-SOS系列设备一台(以i10V为例)、PoE交换机一台(或DC电源)。将设备连接到交换机。
② 一台调试电脑,连接到同一台交换机,确保电脑与设备之间的网络连通性。

将BHP-SOS10V连接到交换机,并将电脑连接到同一台交换机以确保网络通信。连接图如图1所示。

恢复出厂设置方法

BHP-SOS10系列可以通过Web界面或POST模式进行重置。两种方法的详细步骤如下。

Web界面恢复出厂设置

可以通过Web界面将设备恢复为出厂默认设置。详细步骤如下:
(1) 设备连接:根据图1,将BHP-SOS10V通过WAN口连接到PoE交换机。等待设备启动并进入待机模式。
(2) 获取IP地址
① 对于DHCP网络环境:按住图2所示的按键约3秒钟(对于i10D和i10SD,请使用第一个按键)。听到提示音后,快速按一下,设备将广播IP地址。

② 对于非DHCP网络环境:按住图2所示的按键约3秒钟。听到提示音后,快速按3下,设备将广播IP地址。
(3) 登录Web界面并重置
在浏览器中输入获取的IP地址,使用默认的用户名和密码(均为admin)登录。前往系统 --- 系统配置 --- 恢复出厂默认值,然后选择重置以完成操作,如图3所示。

POST模式恢复出厂设置

除了Web界面,设备也可以在POST模式下重置。步骤如下:
(1) 设备连接:根据图1将设备和电脑连接到同一台交换机。
(2) 将设备切换到POST模式
① 关闭设备电源并重新启动。在开机过程中,当DSS按键指示灯快速闪烁时,按一次DSS按键(对于i10D和i10SD,请使用第一个按键)。设备将进入POST模式,指示灯会从快速闪烁变为慢速闪烁。
② 如果不确定时机,可以在启动时长按DSS按键,直到指示灯慢速闪烁,即可进入POST模式。
(3) 执行恢复出厂设置
当设备处于POST模式时,快速按下DSS按键3次(对于i10D和i10SD,请使用第一个按键)。设备将恢复出厂设置并自动重启。
