如何将行业设备注册到PortSIP服务器?

概述

当设备需要使用已注册的 SIP 账号进行通信时,必须有一个可用的 SIP 服务器,并且该账号已在设备上注册。本指南说明如何将行业设备注册到 PortSIP 服务器。

适用型号

我们所有的室内机、门禁设备和门口机产品。本指南以 Bi52W 和 Bi63 为例。

注册到 PortSIP 服务器

在服务器上添加分机

将设备注册到 PortSIP 服务器之前,必须先设置好服务器环境。本例中使用安装在 PC 上的 PortSIP 服务器进行演示。

添加分机。

登录服务器网页界面,然后进入 呼叫管理 —— 分机用户。点击 添加 按钮,然后输入分机号码和密码以创建新的分机账号,如下图所示。

检查服务器域和传输协议设置。

进入 呼叫管理 —— 域和传输协议 查看服务器使用的 SIP 域、传输协议及对应的端口号,如下图所示。

获取设备 IP 地址,登录并将设备注册到服务器

查看并获取设备 IP 地址。

对于门禁和门口机设备: 按住 DSS 键 10 秒直到听到提示音,然后快速按一次,设备将播报其 IP 地址。

对于室内机设备:

非触摸屏型号:i51W, i52W 按住 OK 键,然后进入 系统信息 —— 网络 —— IPv4

触摸屏型号:i53W, i56A 进入 菜单 —— 状态 —— 网络 —— IPv4

打开浏览器并输入设备 IP 地址。

默认用户名和密码均为 admin

设备登录页面

进入 线路SIP注册设置。输入账号信息、密码、端口、服务器地址及其他所需信息,然后点击 提交

(1) 用户名认证用户密码:这些是在服务器上创建的分机号码和密码。

(2) 服务器地址:输入 PortSIP 服务器的 SIP 域。

(3) 服务器端口和传输协议:使用 PortSIP 域和传输设置中定义的传输协议及匹配的端口。本例中使用 UDP 及其对应端口。

(4) 代理服务器和端口:本例中在本地网络内注册。由于服务器安装在 PC 上,代理服务器应为该 PC 的静态 IP 地址,端口应与所选传输协议使用的端口匹配。

(5) 输入所有设置后,确保设备和服务器能够通过网络通信。注册成功后,设备上的线路状态将变为 已注册,表示 SIP 账号已成功注册到 PortSIP 服务器。
