当两个终端设备处于语音通话中时,您可能会遇到单通或双通无声的问题。单通表示双方都能正常接听通话,但只有一方能听到另一方。双通无声表示双方都能接听通话,但任何一方都听不到对方的任何声音。

前提条件

准备一台用于故障排查的 PC,并在其上安装 Wireshark。将 PC 连接到与设备相同的局域网中。确保 PC 能够与设备及 SIP 服务器正常通信。同时确认设备已正确供电、正确连接网络、完全启动,并且能够访问本地网络环境。

分析音频问题时,第一步是确定确切的现象。在大多数实际部署中,工业对讲或门口机通常是与 IP 电话通话。因此,以下章节将通话的两端分别称为对讲机电话

对讲机听不到电话的声音

当问题是对讲机听不到电话的音频时,请按照以下步骤操作:

确认电话使用的是哪个音频通路:听筒、免提还是耳机。如果只测试了听筒,请切换到免提并检查音频是否仍然缺失。一个常见原因是听筒线被错误地连接到了耳机端口。在这种情况下,系统可能仍在使用听筒音频通路,但由于线缆物理连接到耳机插孔,麦克风音频无法被正确采集。

电话听不到对讲机的声音

双方都听不到对方

抓包流程如下:

登录设备 A 的网页界面。进入系统工具网页抓包,然后点击开始,在设备 A 上开始抓包。

注意:通过设备网页界面抓包时,建议使用 Chrome 浏览器。其他浏览器可能存在兼容性问题。

在设备 B 上重复步骤 1,同样在设备 B 上开始抓包。

在服务器端开始抓包。关于这部分,请咨询服务器供应商或管理员。

拨打电话并接听。通话接通后,分别从设备 A 和设备 B 说话,然后结束通话。

停止设备 A、设备 B 和服务器的抓包。然后将所有三个抓包文件发送给技术支持进行分析。
