如何解决单向或非单向音频问题?

概述

两台终端设备进行语音通话时,可能出现单向无声或双向无声问题。单向无声指双方可正常接听来电,但仅有一方能听到对方声音,另一方完全无声音输出;双向无声指双方虽正常接通通话,但彼此均无法听到对方声音。

前置条件

① 准备一台安装Wireshark抓包软件的调试电脑,接入与设备相同的局域网,确保电脑可正常访问设备及SIP服务器。
② 确认设备供电、网络连接正常,设备启动无异常,且可正常接入部署环境网络。

故障排查方法

排查语音异常问题时,需先精准判定单向无声的故障现象。实际应用场景中,工业对讲设备、门禁设备常与IP话机互通通话。因此下文统一以对讲设备话机代指通话双方。

对讲设备听不到话机声音

若故障表现为对讲设备无法听到话机声音,请按以下步骤排查:
1. 确认话机当前音频输出通道:手柄、免提或耳机。若仅测试了手柄模式,切换至免提模式再次验证。常见故障原因为:手柄线材误插入耳机接口,设备默认调用手柄音频通道,但物理接口接错,导致收音发声异常。
2. 检查对讲设备快捷键配置是否为快速拨号
对讲设备呼叫话机时,快捷键需设置为快速拨号模式:

部分用户会误将其配置为对讲模式
3. 切换手柄、免提模式后,对讲设备仍无法听到声音时,请参照2.3章节步骤,在对讲设备、话机、服务器端同时抓取网络数据包,将抓包文件发送至技术支持部门分析。

话机听不到对讲设备声音

1. 确认话机无声仅出现在手柄模式,还是手柄、免提均无声音。若仅手柄无声,检查手柄线缆是否误插至耳机接口。
2. 若通过快捷键呼叫对讲设备,检查快捷键通话类型为快速拨号对讲模式。若为对讲模式,修改为快速拨号即可;如需保留对讲模式,需在对讲设备设置中关闭“启用对讲静音“参数。

3. 参照2.3章节步骤,在对讲设备、话机、服务器端同步抓包,提交文件至技术支持分析。

通话双方完全听不到对方声音

通话双向无声常见原因:两端音频编解码器不匹配、网络异常导致RTP语音传输中断。该场景需提供完整网络抓包文件,由技术人员深度分析。具体抓包操作步骤如下:
1. 登录A设备网页管理界面,依次进入“系统” – “辅助工具” – “网页抓包”,点击“开始”启动A设备抓包。
注意:设备网页抓包建议使用Chrome浏览器,其他浏览器可能存在兼容问题。

2. 在B设备重复上述操作,开启B设备抓包。
3. 开启服务器端网络抓包,具体操作请咨询对应服务器厂商。
4. 主动发起通话并接听,通话接通后,两台设备分别进行语音测试,测试完成后挂断通话。
5. 依次停止A设备、B设备、服务器的抓包,将三份抓包文件一并发送至技术支持。
