如何在POST模式下升级SIP电话?

简介

概述

本文适用于使用VxWorks操作系统的工业设备。SIP话机的POST模式功能类似于电脑的BIOS,固件则相当于电脑的操作系统。 如果电脑崩溃,可重新安装操作系统;同理,若话机无法正常开机,可通过POST模式升级恢复系统。

适用型号

BHP-SOS12、BHP-SOS12V、BHP-SOS18、Bi20S、Bi30S、Bi31S、Bi23S、Bi32V、Bi33V、BK-ROIP-PA2。

POST升级准备工作

固件下载与准备

从以下网址下载设备对应的最新固件: https://www.fanvil.com/Support/download.html 若不确定使用哪款固件或使用定制版本,请联系技术支持。

注意: 固件文件必须.z格式。该文件并非zip压缩包,切勿解压

FTP服务器配置

FTP工具:使用wftpd32(也支持其他FTP软件)。 wftpd32下载地址:http://download.fanvil.com/HowTo/UpdateInPostMode/wftpd32.rar 在电脑上运行wftpd32软件。

  1. 打开安全设置
    操作路径:SecurityUser/rights...

  2. 创建用户
    点击New User...,设置用户名和密码(请牢记后续使用)。

  3. 设置主目录
    输入存放.z格式固件的文件夹路径(无需包含文件名)。点击Done

  4. 启用日志记录(可选)
    操作路径:LoggingLog Options,勾选Enable Logging

警告: POST升级过程中请勿关闭FTP服务器

终端与电脑网络设置

  1. 进入POST模式
    将电脑连接至设备的WAN口(同一局域网),重启设备。
    - i12/i16V/i18S/i20S/i30S/i31S/i23S/i32V/i33V设备:长按* + #键10秒。
    - PA2设备:长按音量+ + 音量-键10秒。

  2. 设置电脑静态IP
    将电脑IPv4地址设置为:192.168.10.2

POST升级与恢复出厂设置

POST升级步骤

  1. 打开命令提示符
    按下Win + R,输入cmd,按回车键。
    打开命令提示符

  2. Telnet连接设备
    执行命令:telnet 192.168.10.1
    Telnet命令

    注意: 若未启用Telnet功能,可通过Windows功能安装,或使用PuTTY/SecureCRT等工具。

  3. 开始升级
    输入2并按回车键,依次输入以下信息(每项输入后按回车):
    - 服务器地址:192.168.10.2
    - 镜像文件名:xxx.z(对应固件文件)
    - 用户名:FTP用户名
    - 密码:FTP密码
    输入升级参数

    注意: 仅使用.z格式文件,如需可显示文件扩展名。

  4. 查看FTP状态
    FTP窗口会显示下载进度,出现成功提示即代表完成。

    注意: 若升级失败,关闭电脑防火墙后重试。

恢复出厂设置方法

升级成功后:

  1. 在POST模式下,输入3清除所有配置(保持设备通电)。

  2. 输入4重启设备。

设备重启后,登录网页管理界面验证固件版本及设备运行状态,升级完成。
