当手机无法获取IP地址时该怎么办?

本文档针对电话机无法获取IP地址的两种常见场景,提供故障排查指导与解决办法。

场景1:电话机与电脑通过同一网线连接至交换机或路由器的同一端口。电脑可正常获取IP,电话机无法获取。

场景2:电话机与电脑共用同一网口接线,两台设备均无法获取IP地址。

故障排查

场景 1

故障现象
电话机与电脑接入同一网络端口,电脑正常获取IP地址,电话机获取失败。

可能原因
1. 电话机VLAN已开启,但当前网络未部署VLAN,或VLAN配置错误、未启用。
2. 局域网内存在IP地址冲突。
3. 路由器绑定电脑MAC地址,未添加电话机MAC权限。
4. 交换机启用802.1X认证,电脑已完成认证,电话机无对应配置。

解决方法
1. 关闭电话机VLAN功能或修正VLAN参数,建议同步关闭LLDP协议学习功能。详见3.1章节。
2. 为电话机手动配置静态IP地址。详见3.2章节。
3. 解除路由器MAC地址绑定,或将电话机MAC加入设备白名单。
4. 关闭交换机802.1X认证,或在电话机内配置对应认证参数。
5. 将电话机恢复出厂设置,排除配置异常问题。详见3.3章节。

场景 2

故障现象
接入同一交换机的电话机和电脑均无法获取IP地址。

可能原因
1. 局域网内出现网络风暴。
2. 路由器DHCP服务关闭或硬件故障。
3. DHCP地址池地址耗尽。
4. 网线损坏、线路故障。

解决方法
1. 联系网络管理员检测全网;电话机右上角闪电图标代表网络流量异常、存在网络风暴。
2. 配置静态IP进行连通性测试。详见3.2章节。
3. 修改子网掩码,扩容DHCP地址分配范围。
4. 更换网线或更换网络接入点位测试。

在电话机液晶屏幕点击 菜单 - 设置 - 高级设置(密码:123 或 admin) - 网络 - QoS和VLAN - WAN端口VLAN - 禁用,点击底部保存按钮:
