前言

本文档介绍了SIP话机的BLF列表功能,以及通过配置BroadWorks服务器和话机来使用该功能的方法。 所有机型均支持此功能,包括BX3S、BX4、BX5S、BX6、BX7、BX7C、GP210、GP210i、BXU系列、BC600、BD900,且配置方法完全相同。

BLF列表功能介绍

BLF(忙灯场)通过订阅分机号来获取其通话状态。 当您在速拨键上配置BLF号码后,被监控分机的状态变化时,LED指示灯会同步改变。单个BLF键仅能监控一个分机号。 BLF列表支持一次性监控多个分机号。 用户在PBX服务器上配置需要监控的号码列表,话机会自动将列表映射到速拨键上。 任意被监控分机的状态发生变化时,对应的LED指示灯都会更新。 BLF列表是用于批量监控的分组订阅功能。 BLF列表功能需要SIP话机与PBX服务器配合使用。 已验证兼容的PBX:BroadSoft BroadWorks、飞塔FortiVoice、VoipSwitch。 其他支持BLF列表的PBX设备也可正常使用。 本指南以BroadWorks服务器为例进行说明。

在BroadWorks上配置BLF列表服务

1. 登录BroadWorks网页配置界面。

BroadWorks用户页面3. 若已有账号,点击搜索显示列表。选择一个账号(例如FanvilUser1),执行步骤5。 若无账号,点击添加创建新账号(步骤4)。

添加新BroadWorks账号5. 进入所选账号(FanvilUser1)的配置页面。

客户端应用页面7. 点击忙灯场,打开BLF列表配置页面。
BLF列表配置页面8. 输入列表URI(例如blf1)。该值必须与话机上的BLF列表号码一致。 点击搜索显示可用分机号。 将需要监控的分机号移至监控列表,然后点击确定保存配置。
设置列表URI9. 登录话机网页管理界面(默认用户名/密码:admin)。
话机网页管理界面登录10. 进入左侧菜单的快捷按键。 将速拨键类型设置为BLF列表。每个按键对应一个被监控的号码。 若列表中的分机号数量超过BLF列表按键数量,话机会自动分配至类型为无的速拨键。 点击应用保存配置。
速拨键BLF列表配置11. 进入左侧菜单的线路。 将BroadWorks账号(FanvilUser1)配置到话机对应的线路上。
话机线路配置12. 进入高级设置 → SIP高级设置。启用BLF列表,并输入BLF列表号码(与步骤8的列表URI保持一致)。 点击提交。 确保FanvilUser1账号注册成功。至此,BLF列表配置完成。
SIP高级设置13. 检查话机上速拨键的LED指示灯。 指示灯常亮表示配置成功。 拨打被监控的分机号——对应的LED指示灯会切换状态。
