如何在工业电话上创建本地电话簿?

概述

本文档旨在指导用户如何使用WPS或Excel编辑本地电话簿。

适用机型

本公司所有电话机型(本文档以BX5U为例)

所需材料

① 从电话机导出的电话簿(CSV格式)。
② 用于电子表格编辑的WPS或Excel。
③ UltraEdit编辑软件(可从常见下载渠道获取)。

操作步骤

登录电话机WEB界面

在电话机LCD屏幕上,点击“Menu(菜单)”-“Status(状态)”查看电话机IP地址。

然后登录电话机WEB界面。在电脑上打开浏览器,在“Address Bar(地址栏)”中输入电话机IP地址。

添加联系人

登录电话机WEB界面后,点击“Phonebook(电话簿)”-“Contacts(联系人)”-“Add New Contact(添加新联系人)”,先添加一个联系人,如下列图1和图2所示。

添加分组

若联系人需要分组信息,请在添加联系人前先添加分组信息。点击“Phonebook(电话簿)”-“Advanced(高级)”-“Group List(分组列表)”-“Add New Contact Group(添加新联系人分组)”,然后在新联系人分组区域添加分组信息,如下列图3和图4所示:

导出联系人列表

登录电话机WEB界面后,点击“Phonebook(电话簿)”-“Advanced(高级)”。在Export Contact List(导出联系人列表)区域,点击Export CSV(导出CSV)以CSV格式导出联系人列表。默认文件名为contact.csv。这将为您提供一个电话机联系人列表模板。只要您在不改变原始格式或结构的情况下向此文件添加联系人信息,更新后的联系人即可成功导入回电话簿,如下列图5所示。

在电子表格中编辑联系人

使用电子表格编辑工具编辑联系人列表。常见选项包括Excel或WPS。本文档以WPS为例。首先,使用WPS打开步骤3中导出的contact.csv文件,然后输入新的联系人信息。数据输入完成后,将如下所示:

各字段说明:
name(姓名)列输入联系人姓名。在work(工作)列输入联系人号码。
mobile(移动)other(其他)列输入其他联系人号码。
ring(铃声)列输入铃声。这意味着如果此号码有来电,电话机会使用选定的铃声。在groups(分组)列输入分组名称。请注意,若您编辑分组字段,该分组必须已存在于电话机中,例如work(工作)home(家庭)等。
保存编辑后的文件。可能会出现一条消息,提示保存格式包含不兼容内容:

点击“Yes(是)”继续。

更改电话簿文件格式

此时,若您直接将修改后的电话簿导入电话机,导入的条目可能会显示为乱码。这是因为使用WPS或Excel打开文件会更改其原始编码格式。要纠正此问题,请在导入回电话机前使用UltraEdit修改文件格式。在UltraEdit中打开电话簿文件,然后从菜单栏选择“File(文件)”-“Save As(另存为)”,并注意所选格式:

点击Save(保存),然后通过WEB界面将contact2.csv导入电话机。此时联系人列表将正确显示,不会出现乱码。
