工业电话呼叫组播功能介绍

简介

概述

本文档介绍设备的**呼叫转组播**功能。 呼叫转组播是指设备接听来电后,将远端音频发送至组播网络,使网络内其他设备接收并播放该音频流。同时,被叫设备通过自身扬声器播放音频。

适用机型

公司目前在售全系列机型;不含已停产退市(EOL)产品。

呼叫转组播工作原理

普通通话是两台设备之间建立全双工双向音频通信。 呼叫转组播功能将此模式拓展应用于广播场景。 该功能中,主叫端通常为IP话机,接收端为BK-DAB-PA3这类广播对讲设备。接收端接听通话并获取音频后,本地播放声音,同时转发至已配置的组播地址,一台或多台组播接收设备即可同步播放音频。

应用场景

场景 1:广播寻呼
IP话机呼叫 BK-DAB-PA3 广播设备,实现整组区域寻呼广播。

场景 2:音频扩音
IP话机对接收的音频进行扩音播放。
注意:合理调节收发设备音量与间距,避免产生啸叫。

前置条件

  1. 准备2台及以上广播设备,接入PoE交换机并配置有效网络IP地址。

  2. 准备一台同局域网内的配置电脑,可正常访问各设备管理界面。

操作指南

使用呼叫转组播功能前,需完成设备配置。 本文以 F600S(主叫话机)、PA3(组播发送端)、PA2 / PA2S(组播接收端)为例进行说明。 配置包含以下内容: 1. PA3 组播发送端配置 2. PA2 / PA2S 组播接收端配置 3. F600S 与 PA3 通话配置(参考其他常见问题文档)

PA3 组播发送端配置

发送端使用动作方案功能,匹配来电号码与呼叫方向后,执行组播转发动作。

配置字段说明:
- 号码:匹配来电识别号。使用「.」作为通配符匹配任意数字,例如「71.」可匹配71xx号段;也支持「172.18.8.」这类IP前缀匹配。
注意:「.」为点号通配符。
- 类型:选择 Connected(接听通话后启动组播)。
- 方向:全部、呼入、呼出。
- URL:组播地址格式:mcast://IP:端口
 IP地址范围:224.0.0.0 – 239.255.255.255
 端口:1–65535(建议使用1000及以上端口)
- 动作:选择 转为组播

组播接收端配置

登录 PA2 / PA2S 网页管理界面。 进入 设置 → 组播。 填写与发送端完全一致的组播IP地址和端口。

配置字段说明:
- 索引/优先级:数值越小优先级越高(1为最高优先级),高优先级可抢占低优先级组播。
- 名称:自定义备注名称。
- 主机:端口:必须与发送端配置完全一致。
- 通道:保持默认0即可(仅用于适配宝利通设备)。

故障排查:呼叫转组播无法正常使用

配置完成后若功能异常,请按以下步骤排查:

  1. 确保发送端与接收端处于同一局域网;交换机、路由器、VLAN 不得屏蔽组播报文。

  2. 检查发送端号码匹配规则是否与实际来电号码一致;匹配失败则无法启动组播。
