工业SIP电话时间设置指南(包括网络时间同步)

概述

本指南说明如何同步手机上显示的时间。

适用型号

我们所有手机型号均支持此功能(本文以X5U为例)。

前提条件

① 一部手机,已连接到交换机并能获取IP地址。
② 一台用于配置的计算机,连接到与手机相同的交换机,确保计算机与手机之间的网络通信。

配置步骤

方法一:从SIP服务器同步时间

在手机液晶屏上,点击“菜单” — “状态”查看手机IP地址。

在计算机上打开浏览器,在地址栏中输入手机IP地址,登录手机网页界面。

登录网页界面后,进入“线路” - “SIP” - “高级设置”,启用“同步手机时间”。
同步手机时间
通过SIP注册同步时间时,手机使用服务器200 OK响应中的日期字段作为时间参考,然后根据手机配置的时区进行调整显示。启用SIP时间同步后,SNTP和DHCP时间同步将自动禁用。此方法要求SIP服务器在200 OK响应中包含日期字段。

方法二:同步网络时间

登录手机网页界面,然后进入“手机设置” - “时间/日期”,按下图1所示配置。
使用SNTP进行时间同步即配置“主/辅时间服务器地址”。这些地址可以设置为IP地址或域名。启动后,手机向主服务器查询当前时间。如果主服务器无响应,则自动切换到辅服务器。运行期间,手机定期更新时间。此方法需要预先配置SNTP服务器地址。

方法三:通过DHCP同步时间

登录手机网页界面,然后进入“手机设置” - “时间/日期”,按下图2所示配置。
要使用此方法,必须同时启用“使用SNTP时间同步”并且网络模式设置为DHCP。在此模式下,手机启动时通过DHCP获取IP地址。当收到服务器的ACK响应时,它会从选项42中读取SNTP服务器地址,并将其写入“主/辅时间服务器地址”字段,然后通过SNTP同步时间。此方法要求DHCP服务器支持选项42
