远程DTMF触发功能介绍

简介

概述

本文档主要介绍对讲产品的远程DTMF触发功能。
全系对讲设备均支持通过DTMF信号远程触发输出端口。该功能简洁实用,可远程控制对讲设备输出端口,实现远程开门、远程道闸开启等应用场景,助力客户搭建更多无人值守解决方案,例如无人值守停车场、无人网咖、无人健身房及同类场景的通信系统。

适用机型

公司全系列对讲产品,包含BPA2、BPA2S、Bi10、Bi10S、Bi10V、Bi10SV、Bi10D、Bi10SD、Bi16V、Bi12、Bi16S、Bi16SV、Bi18S。

远程DTMF触发工作原理

远程DTMF触发主要分为两种实现方式:

  • 第一种:访客或车主需要开启道闸、解锁门禁时,按下对讲设备的求助按键。值班室人员接听通话并确认访客/车辆位置及现场情况后,只需在话机上输入触发码,对讲设备即可激活输出端口,完成开门或开闸操作。

  • 第二种:值班室人员主动呼叫对讲设备,对讲设备自动接听后,工作人员输入触发码,即可激活对讲输出端口,开启门禁或道闸。两种方式的工作流程如下所示:

前期准备

① 操作前,确认对讲设备与道闸、电锁接线连接正常;
② 准备一台配置电脑,将电脑、IP话机、对讲设备接入同一局域网,确保电脑与各设备网络互通。

操作指南

使用远程DTMF触发功能前,需分别在对讲设备与IP话机端完成配置。本章以i16V对讲终端与A32i话机为例,讲解远程DTMF触发功能的配置方法。

对讲设备配置

设备出厂时,每个输出端口均已配置独立的DTMF触发码。使用远程DTMF触发功能前,需确认该功能已启用,同时可根据需求自定义修改触发码。配置步骤如下:
1) 登录对讲设备网页管理界面;
2) 进入安全设置页面;
3) 在告警触发设置 → 输出1/2中,开启远程DTMF触发功能;
4) 根据实际需求修改对应DTMF触发码;
5) 点击提交按钮保存配置

话机配置

话机与i16V对讲终端通话过程中,可通过话机按键输入触发码开启道闸或门禁。也可自定义DSS功能按键,通话接通后一键触发i16V输出端口。配置步骤如下:
1) 登录IP话机网页管理界面;
2) 进入功能按键按键配置
3) 选择任意功能按键,类型设置为DTMF,在参数栏填写i16V对应的触发码;
4) 点击提交保存设置

注意:话机端配置的触发码必须与对讲设备保持一致。

远程触发异常排查

实际使用中,远程DTMF触发可能出现失效问题,常见诱因包含接线错误、配置不当、信号传输异常、网络故障等。故障排查步骤如下:
1) 检查接线
确认i16V与电锁/道闸/警示灯的接线,核实外接设备已正确接入对讲输出端口;
2) 核查输出端口有效性
使用输入触发、主动URI触发、通话状态触发等其他方式测试输出端口,确认端口能否正常响应。若全部失效,返回步骤1重新检查接线;若其他触发方式正常、仅远程DTMF触发无效,继续后续排查;
3) 检查配置参数
核对对讲设备设置,确认远程DTMF触发功能已启用、触发码配置无误;确认话机端输入码值正确,若使用自定义功能按键,需核查按键类型与码值和对讲设备配置完全匹配;
4) 确认DTMF传输格式
设备支持SIP Info、RFC2833两种DTMF传输模式,需保证话机端DTMF类型与设备适配:
① 经由SIP服务器通话:进入线路SIP配置页,将DTMF类型设置为RFC2833

② 点对点IP通话:进入线路基础设置,将DTMF类型设置为RFC2833

5) 抓包分析定位
完成以上排查仍无法解决问题时,需对讲设备、话机、SIP服务器(服务器通话场景)同步抓包,提供日志文件交由技术支持分析。抓包操作步骤:
① 分别进入对讲设备与话机的系统 → 工具界面,开启网页抓包;
② 复现远程DTMF触发操作,还原故障现象;
③ 停止抓包并保存日志文件,提交至技术人员排查;
备注:通过SIP服务器通话时,需同步抓取服务器数据包;不同品牌服务器抓包操作存在差异,具体请咨询服务器厂商。
