PhonebookServer用户指南

介绍

概述

PhonebookServer 是我们公司设计和开发的 Windows 桌面应用程序,用于管理和分发电话簿至我们的 VoIP 设备。它可以使用简单的配置轻松使用。它也可以作为 FDMS 管理平台中的一个模块运行。

安装 PhonebookServer

将 PhonebookServer 压缩包解压缩到您的本地计算机,打开 PhonebookServer 文件夹,然后直接运行 PhonebookServer.exe 以启动应用程序,如图 1 所示:

使用 PhonebookServer

使用前,打开 PhonebookServer 软件,配置 HTTP 服务器设置,然后启动服务器。

首页

基本信息:联系人总数和目录总数
HTTP 服务器信息:服务器 IP 地址和端口、认证用户名和密码
启动按钮:用于启动或停止服务器
配置 HTTP 服务器信息
1. 设置服务器 IP 地址
服务器 IP 字段显示 PC 的网络适配器列表,您可以从下拉列表中选择所需的 IP 地址。
注意:请勿使用 127.0.0.1 作为服务器启动 IP 地址。
2. 设置服务器端口
您可以使用默认端口 8080 或设置其他尚未使用的可用端口。
3. 设置认证用户名和密码
启动服务器
点击首页上的启动按钮。服务器启动后,将显示电话簿服务器地址,并可一键复制。

电话簿

本节主要用于目录和联系人管理。
目录操作
添加目录:

1. 点击添加按钮
2. 在目录面板的空白区域右键单击并选择添加
添加子目录(支持多层级):
1. 选择要添加子目录的目录,然后点击添加按钮
2. 选择要添加子目录的目录,在其上右键单击并选择添加
删除目录:
1. 选择要删除的目录或子目录,然后点击删除按钮
2. 选择要删除的目录或子目录,在其上右键单击并选择删除
编辑目录名称
1. 选择要编辑的目录或子目录,然后点击编辑按钮
2. 选择要编辑的目录或子目录,在其上右键单击并选择编辑
导出目录:
选择要导出的目录,点击导出按钮或右键单击并选择导出,设置电话簿服务器地址(或选择先前配置的电话簿服务器地址),然后选择导出路径并保存文件。

 联系人
添加联系人:
选择要添加联系人的目录,编辑联系人信息(姓名和电话号码为必填),编辑完成后,点击新联系人编辑字段中的空白区域以保存。
添加联系人
删除联系人:
选择要删除的联系人,然后点击删除按钮
删除所有联系人:
删除所有联系人
导入联系人:
选择目录->导入->选择要导入的文件。导入成功完成后,导入的联系人将显示在当前目录下。
导出联系人:
选择目录->导出->选择导出的目标路径
移动联系人:
选择要移动的联系人->选择目录->移动
移动联系人
搜索联系人:
支持按联系人姓名、电话号码和其他字段进行匹配
日志
日志部分主要记录与目录、联系人以及服务器启动/停止操作相关的操作。

从电话访问电话簿

打开电话网页界面,然后前往 “电话簿”-“云端电话簿”-“云端电话簿管理”。将 URL 设置为电话簿服务器地址,并将用户名和密码设置为 PhonebookServer 上配置的认证凭证。保存设置后,电话将成功访问电话簿服务器。
