远程电话簿设置指南

介绍

XML 远程电话簿是一种基于网络的电话簿,以 XML 格式存储。要使用此功能,请将 XML 电话簿文件上传到您的服务器,然后在电话的远程电话簿网页上配置相应的服务器 URL。应用设置后,电话可以直接下载并使用 XML 电话簿文件。

FTP 服务器上 XML 远程电话簿的 URL 格式为:

ftp://Server_IP/XML_File_Nameftp://Server_IP/Folder_Name/XML_File_Name

TFTP 服务器上 XML 远程电话簿的 URL 格式为:

tftp://Server_IP/XML_File_Name

单层远程电话簿

单层远程电话簿在一个目录中显示所有联系人,没有任何类别结构。XML 头和结束标签是固定的,不得重命名或更改。

示例:以下 XML 文件是一个完整的远程电话簿文件。可以按顺序添加多个联系人,包括联系人姓名和电话号码等信息。

说明:

1. 是 XML 声明。这是必须的,且电话支持 UTF-8 编码。

2. 定义电话簿的主节点。它标记电话簿目录的开始和结束,所有联系人项目都放在里面。

3. 定义单个联系人项目。每个开始标签必须有对应的结束标签,联系人详细信息写在它们之间。

多层远程电话簿

多层远程电话簿允许将联系人组织成部门或类别,并在每个目录下设置进一步的子类别。此结构需要多个 XML 文件。

如何创建第一层 XML 文件:

例如,将其命名为 Index.xml

1. 定义电话簿的主目录节点。

2. 定义单个目录项目,所有标签必须正确匹配。

Name:定义下一层目录的显示名称,例如 Beijing

URL:定义下一层目录的协议、服务器 IP 和 XML 文件名。在此示例中,下一层文件为 Beijing_index.xmlShengzheng_index.xml

如何创建第二层 XML 文件:

第二层 XML 文件可以与第一层文件相同的方式继续分类结构。如果只需要两层,可以直接跳到第三层联系人文件格式。

设置远程电话簿服务器

设置 FTP 服务器

使用 FTP 服务器软件:FTP 软件图标

打开软件,然后点击 SecurityUser/Rights 进入如下所示的配置页面:

选择 New User 以创建用户名和密码,如下所示:

然后,在 Home Directory 中,指定存储远程电话簿 XML 文件的文件夹。

在 TFTP 设置中浏览存储路径

TFTP server root 字段中,点击 Browse 并选择存储远程电话簿 XML 文件的文件夹。例如,选择 E: 盘 TFTP 目录下的 remote_right 文件夹。

在 IP 电话上配置远程电话簿

打开电话网页界面,然后前往远程电话簿页面:Phone BookCloud PhonebookCloud Phonebook Management,如下所示:

配置以下选项:

1. Phonebook Name:输入您喜欢的任何名称,例如家庭、同学或同事。

2. Server Address:根据使用的服务器类型输入正确的地址。

如果使用 FTP 服务器,请输入:
ftp://FTP_Server_IP_Address/XML_File_Name
示例:ftp://192.168.1.206/index1.xml

如果使用 TFTP 服务器,请输入:
tftp://TFTP_Server_IP_Address/XML_File_Name

3. Outgoing Line:选择用于拨号的线路。如果选择默认选项,通常会通过线路 1 拨打电话。

4. Username and Password:FTP 服务器访问所需,且必须与 FTP 服务器上创建的凭据匹配。TFTP 不需要这些字段。

保存设置后,在电话上前往 ContactsCloud Phonebook。然后电话可以从配置的服务器下载远程电话簿并在本地显示联系人列表。用户可以执行直接拨号、获取号码、搜索联系人、发送消息、将条目添加到本地联系人或将条目添加到黑名单等操作。

*注意 1:确保 URL 使用正确的协议前缀。FTP 服务器使用 FTP,TFTP 服务器使用 TFTP,或其他支持的协议使用适当的名称。
*注意 2:使用远程电话簿功能时,服务器必须保持活动状态,且必须正确输入用户名和密码。
