使用WPS/Excel编辑SIP电话电话簿、通过CSV导出/导入解决汉字乱码问题、使用记事本进行编码转换以及正确显示联系人的正确格式化步骤的指南。
本文档指导用户使用 WPS 或 Excel 编辑电话簿时的重要注意事项。特别注意中文姓名的联系人,处理不当将导致电话簿导入手机后出现乱码。
从 IP 电话导出的电话簿(CSV 格式)。
电子表格编辑器:WPS 或 Excel。
记事本(Windows 内置文本编辑器)。
登录电话的网页界面,导航至 电话设置 -- 电话簿,并在电话簿编辑区输入联系人信息,例如:

填写联系人详细信息后,点击 添加 按钮以在电话上创建新联系人:

在 导出联系人列表 下,点击 导出 CSV 以下载 CSV 格式的联系人列表。默认文件名为 contact.csv。使用此文件作为模板;保持原始格式不变添加新联系人以确保成功导入。
使用电子表格工具(WPS 或 Excel)编辑联系人。本指南以 WPS 演示。打开导出的 contact.csv 文件并添加新联系人信息,如下所示:

字段说明:
name:联系人姓名。
work:工作号码(sip: 之后的数字);@1 表示拨打此号码使用电话上的线路 1。
mobile:联系人的手机号码。
ring:为此联系人来电时分配的铃声。
groups:联系人群组(必须使用电话上已有的群组,例如 friend, work, home)。
保存编辑过的文件。可能会出现兼容性提示:

点击 是 继续。
直接导入修改过的文件将会出现乱码,因为 WPS/Excel 会更改文件编码。使用记事本修正:用记事本打开电话簿 CSV。

前往 文件 -- 另存为。如下图所示设置格式:

点击 保存(另存为 contact2.csv),然后通过网页界面将此文件导入电话。将不会出现乱码。
