解决方案

选择问题类型

场景 1:提交账户设置后立即注册超时。
场景 2:电话正常运行一段时间后注册超时。
场景 3:注册失败并返回错误代码。
场景 4:正常运行一段时间后,电话突然离线并失去网络连接。重启电话后,网络连接恢复。
场景 5:电话显示已注册,但 PBX 报告分机离线或未注册。

故障排除与解决方案

提交账户设置后立即注册超时

1. 症状:
配置并提交 SIP 账户参数后,电话显示 注册中...。一段时间后,状态变为 注册超时

2. 可能原因:
电话发送注册请求但从未收到服务器响应,导致注册超时。
① 电话与服务器之间可能存在网络问题,或 SIP 参数可能不正确,例如服务器地址或端口错误。
② 账户可能已被系统暂时列入黑名单。在某些 IMS 环境中,使用相同账户重复尝试注册可能被视为可疑行为,账户可能会被封锁一段时间,例如 10 分钟。
③ 当电话位于私有 LAN 并注册到公共服务器时,服务器响应可能无法正确到达内部电话。

3. 解决方案:
① 确认电话与服务器之间的网络路径正常工作,且双方均可连通(例如使用 Ping)。同时验证所有 SIP 账户参数是否正确,尤其是服务器地址和端口。
② 稍等片刻再重新提交注册,或在服务器上创建新账户。避免在不同电话上重复使用相同账户。
③ 如果内部电话注册到公共 SIP 服务器,请在电话上启用 rport特殊服务器兼容性,然后重新注册。

电话正常运行一段时间后注册超时

1. 症状:
电话成功注册并正常工作,但一段时间后(通常约一天),状态变为 注册超时。电话无法再拨打或接听电话。重启电话或更改本地 SIP 端口后可再次成功注册。

2. 可能原因:
这种情况常见于使用某些路由器的环境。如果路由器重启或获得新的公共 IP 地址,来自电话的数据包可能仍使用路由器的旧公共 IP 进行转换。结果,服务器响应无法传回电话,导致注册超时。
重启电话或更改本地注册端口后,路由器会正确重写源地址,注册再次成功。

3. 解决方案:
较新的固件版本支持动态本地 SIP 端口机制。当注册失败或超时时,电话可以使用不同的本地端口自动重试。从官方网站下载最新固件或联系技术支持以确认版本兼容性。

注册失败并返回错误代码

1. 症状:
配置并提交 SIP 账户信息后,电话显示注册失败消息。
① 错误代码 403
② 错误代码 404
③ 错误代码 423
④ 错误代码 5xx

2. 可能原因:
① 这通常表示用户名或密码不正确,或账户已在服务器上被禁用。
② 这表示账户不存在。
③ 这表示注册间隔太短。
④ 这表示服务器端故障。

3. 解决方案:
① 重新检查用户名和密码,并与系统管理员确认账户状态。
② 联系管理员以确认账户是否存在。
③ 增加电话上的注册到期间隔。

正常运行一段时间后,电话突然离线并失去网络连接

1. 症状:
电话运行一段时间后,突然失去注册和网络连接。重启电话后,网络连接恢复。

2. 可能原因:
某些 Cisco 交换机和特定二层交换机使用 ARP 老化计时器,可能与电话系统使用的计时器不同。如果交换机的 ARP 条目比预期更早过期,电话的网络连接可能会中断。

3. 解决方案:
将电话升级到最新固件版本。较新的固件支持手动配置 ARP 老化计时器。在电话网页界面中,前往 网络 - 高级 - ARP 老化时间,并根据需要将值设置为 1 到 N 分钟。

电话显示已注册,但 PBX 显示离线或未注册

1. 症状:
电话屏幕显示分机已注册,但 PBX 报告为离线或未注册。

2. 可能原因:
在某些网络环境中,IP 路由或 NAT 可能保持活动状态,但 PBX 或电话上未启用 NAT 保持连接。SIP 注册完成后,没有持续的 UDP 保持连接流量,因此 NAT 设备会在默认的 UDP 超时(通常为 60 秒)后移除映射。

3. 解决方案:
登录电话 WEB 界面 - 线路 - 高级设置,然后根据 SIP 服务器要求调整保持连接类型和间隔。您也可以尝试 SIP OPTIONUDP。保持连接间隔应设置为小于 60 秒。
