简介

概述

本文档说明 SIP 视频门口机与对讲机的抓拍(Snapshot)功能。 抓拍功能会在设备被事件触发时抓取摄像头图像,然后将图像上传至指定的服务器。 支持的服务器:HTTP/HTTPS、FTP、TFTP。 支持的触发条件:拨打电话、来电响铃、接听通话、输入触发(对讲机)、输出触发(对讲机)、开门(门口机)等。

视频门口机:Bi30、Bi31S、Bi32V、Bi33V
视频对讲机:BK-DAB-PA2 + PA KIT 摄像头、BK-DAB-PA2S + PA2 KIT 摄像头、BHP-SOS10、BHP-SOS10V、BHP-SOS16、BHP-SOS16V、BHP-SOS18

抓拍运作方式

抓拍功能在预定义的触发条件下抓取图像,并上传至服务器存储。 包含两个核心部分:

  1. 抓拍触发条件:拨打电话、来电响铃、接听通话、输入触发(对讲机)、输出触发(对讲机)、开门(门口机)

  2. 图像上传:支持 HTTPS、HTTP、FTP、TFTP 服务器

应用场景

适用于需要保存事件图像的场景,例如电动自行车进入电梯的监控。

前提条件

  1. 准备 1 台 Bi30 视频门口机 + 1 台 BF600S 视频电话,连接至具有有效 IP 地址的交换机

  2. 准备一台安装服务器软件的配置用电脑,并与设备处于同一局域网(LAN)

操作指南

要使用抓拍功能,需要设置服务器及门口机。 本指南以 Bi30 + WFTPD(FTP 服务器)为例。

服务器准备(WFTPD)

下载 WFTPD(无需安装)。

  1. 打开软件 → 点击 Security – User/Rights

Open Software

  1. 点击 New User → 输入用户名(例如 123) → OK

Create New User

  1. 输入密码(例如 123) → OK

Enter Password

  1. 设置 FTP 根目录(例如 E:\temp\WFTPD) → 粘贴到 Home Directory

设备配置

登录设备的 WEB 界面,设置抓拍触发条件与上传 URL。

- 123:123:用户名:密码

- /:保存到根目录;使用 /snap/ 可保存到子文件夹

任何启用的触发条件都会抓拍并上传图像(例如开门)。

抓拍文件命名:事件 + 时间戳

故障排查:抓拍无法运作

如果服务器上没有保存图像,请检查以下项目:

  1. 网络:确保设备可以连接到服务器

  2. 服务器配置:确认用户名/密码及写入权限;使用其他工具测试上传
