检查是否存在明显撞击损伤、裂纹、变形、严重腐蚀或部件松动,并确认电话仍牢固安装在墙面、立柱或支撑结构上。对于室外安装,还应检查长期雨淋、盐雾、粉尘或强烈日照是否对外壳、标签或密封部件造成影响。

防爆标志、铭牌、型号信息和警示标签应保持清晰可辨。如果铭牌严重损坏,应妥善保存原始设备资料,以便后续维护人员仍能确认设备的防爆型式和预期使用条件。

如何检查外壳、紧固件和密封部件?

防爆电话的外壳不仅提供机械防护。根据设备设计,其防爆性能还可能依赖外壳结构、结合面、紧固件和密封方式。因此,外壳检查不能只看表面是否干净。

应重点检查异常裂纹、明显机械损伤、严重腐蚀以及外壳各部分之间的异常缝隙。如果安装螺栓或外部紧固件松动、缺失或严重腐蚀,应按制造商要求处理。未经确认,不应擅自使用不同规格的紧固件替代。

如何测试手柄、键盘和通话功能?

发生故障后可以立即打开电话维修吗?

防爆电话多久检查一次?

可以使用普通电话零部件维修防爆电话吗?

未经确认,不应使用普通电话零部件作为替代件。外壳、紧固件、密封部件、电缆入口以及部分内部部件可能与电话原有的防爆设计和认证有关。需要更换部件时,替换件应符合原设备设计和制造商要求,不能以牺牲防爆性能为代价恢复通信功能。
