传统固话退网后,真正发生了哪些变化?

从用户角度看,迁移后的使用方式可能没有明显变化。标准 RJ11 电话仍可接到语音适配器,用户仍然可以拨打和接听电话,很多情况下原有电话号码也可以继续保留。

真正的变化发生在电话背后。

传统 POTS 线路通过铜线基础设施把用户连接到电话网络。在许多安装场景中,基础有线电话可以直接从电话线路获得所需电力。采用 VoIP 后,语音会转换为 IP 流量,并通过宽带、光纤、以太网或蜂窝 LTE 网络传输。

因此,对用户看似简单的一通电话,现在可能依赖多个组成部分:

  • 光网络终端(ONT)或宽带调制解调器;

为什么 911 和紧急通信必须单独测试?

普通家庭电话迁移后,许多用户只要确认能正常呼入和呼出,就会认为迁移已经完成。但对于 911、医疗求助设备、电梯电话和其他公共安全应用来说,这种测试深度远远不够。

替代服务至少应验证三个方面。

紧急号码是否真的可以拨通?

测试不能只针对普通电话号码。服务必须确认紧急呼叫能够沿预定的应急服务路径转接,并确认号码配置和服务区域设置正确。

因此,应急语音验收测试不能只在正常市电条件下打一通电话。在条件允许时,应主动断开市电,确认备用供电系统确实接管,并记录通信服务实际还能维持多长时间。

替代系统如何避免一次停电让所有电话全部失效?

不存在一种适用于所有环境的统一迁移设计。家庭用户、普通办公室和安全关键设施对通信连续性的要求差异很大。
